Meet Our Founder
Dr. Alisa J. Henley, PhD brings over two decades of organizational psychology expertise to faith-based ministry consulting. With a PhD in Industrial Psychology, she has worked with churches across 27 states and 3 countries, helping organizations unlock their full potential through strategic development and leadership excellence.
The Sunshine Organization was birthed in 2011 when Dr. Henley shared with a colleague, “What we’re doing for businesses has to be able to bless the church.” This divine revelation combined her professional expertise with her deep passion for ministry success.
Dr. Henley’s heart beats for seeing ministries win—not just survive, but truly thrive in their calling to serve their communities. She believes that when faith-based organizations operate with strategic clarity and organizational health, they become unstoppable forces for Kingdom impact.
