Dr. Henley and the team bring over five decades of organizational psychology expertise to faith-based ministry consulting. Holding a PhD in Industrial Psychology, They have partnered with churches and ministries across 27 states and 3 countries — helping organizations unlock their full potential through strategic development and leadership excellence.
The Sunshine Organization was born in 2011 when Dr. Henley shared a conviction with a colleague: “What we’re doing for businesses has to be able to bless the church.” That conviction became a calling — and that calling became an organization that has since served over 200 ministries.
